We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas) because every cat deserves premium products, no matter where they live!

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 days after dispatch

Order processing time: 1-2 business days before your package begins its journey to you and your feline companion.

We understand that cats can be… particular. If a product isn’t quite right for your finicky feline, we’ll make it right!

Return Basics:

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Free exchanges on most items

  • Opened packages of Catnip & Grass
  • Opened Dental & Breath Care products
  • Opened packages of Dry Food & Treats

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, pack your return with the same care you’d use with a fragile cat toy:

  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Items must be unused and in resellable condition
  • For beds and furniture: please repackage as securely as possible

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide a return shipping label for US customers. International customers may need to cover return shipping costs.
