- Free exchanges on most items
- Simple process – no cat-herding required!
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Catnip & Grass (opened packages)
- Dental & Breath Care products (opened)
- Food & Treats (opened packages of dry food)
These exceptions follow industry standards for pet care products and help us maintain the highest quality for all our feline customers.
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easier than teaching a kitten to use a scratching post! Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, pack your return with care (like you would with a fragile cat toy!):
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Items must be unused and in resellable condition
- For beds and furniture: please repackage as securely as possible
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide a return shipping label for US customers. International customers may need to cover return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund timing: 3-5 business days after we process your return
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
